Role Summary
The Senior Manager – L&D will lead the design and execution of the organization’s talent development strategy. This role partners with business leaders and HR to build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable workforce readiness aligned with current and future business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the enterprise L&D roadmap in line with business priorities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
Lead leadership development, succession readiness, and high-potential programs.
Oversee curriculum architecture across technical, functional, and behavioral skills.
Build and manage blended learning ecosystems including digital, classroom, and experiential formats.
Drive a strong learning culture, employee engagement, and internal mobility.
Measure impact through analytics, ROI, and performance outcomes.
Manage vendors, partners, and learning technologies including LMS/LXP platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow the L&D team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with leadership responsibility.
Strong business acumen and ability to consult with senior leaders.
Proven expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and program management.
Experience managing budgets and external partners.
