Salesforce.com Lead
Key Skills: Thorough understanding of the Salesforce.com development environment, including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, Aura, Experience Cloud, and general best practices around governor limits and API development.
• Hands-on Full-stack experience on the Salesforce.com platform is a must have.
• Front End: Lightning Aura Components (most important), JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
• Back End: Apex (most important), REST API, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
• App Exchange Product Development is beneficial
• We are looking for a Lead engineer to join the team asap and expecting years of experience to be around 5-8.
• Prior experience with developing Loan Origination Systems is highly desirable.
• Candidate must be able to work effectively in a small team remotely.
• Education & Certifications: Salesforce developer certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Software Lead with experience in full system life-cycle development. Develop, code, test, debug programs, maintain and document program changes.
• Responsible for development and rollout of entire product or large project.
• Enforces department coding standards and best practices.
• Demonstrates effective and efficient project management.
• Writes technical specifications and identifies project/programming risks.
• Collaborate with development team & colleagues on processes, technologies, etc. (Agile, CI/CD).
• Demonstrates knowledge of Software Engineering skills and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrates knowledge and applicability of various programming languages.
• Provides thought leadership and proactive investigation and problem-solving.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
