KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and reviews all tax compliance work: tax reporting, corporate income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, net profit tax, and other necessary tax returns to comply with the federal, state, and local tax requirements; and information reporting: federal, state, and local business licensing and information reporting requirements.
- Prepares financial reports on the impact of taxes to the company’s bottom line.
- Researches and monitors tax related and reporting developments at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Special projects as required by senior management and leadership.
- Ensures all opportunities related to credits and exemptions are included in all tax work.
- Reviews and approves the work of other Tax Analysts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Client is compliant with federal, state, and local corporate income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, net profit tax, and various other tax reporting.
- Client is prepared for anticipated tax changes, in compliance with law changes, and successfully situated for the future.
- Compliance changes are kept up‐to‐date, effective aide in tax planning, and answers are obtained for specific questions and issues.
- Client meets its tax obligations in the most effective way.
- Ensure compliance across all tax and information filings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
-Education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education; CPA certification preferred, but not required.
Experience:
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least five (5) years.
