KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assists executive leadership team with communicating strategy to business units, and intake/prioritization of enterprise projects and programs against those strategic imperatives
•Creates effective presentations that tell the story and clearly articulate project alignment to strategic imperatives and associated risks
•Oversees and directs the project schedule and calendar; tracks overall project health against milestones
•Engages with the appropriate resources to lead and deliver the initiatives
•Keeps project and executive leaders apprised of overall health of projects and assists in removal of roadblocks
•Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project(s)
•Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates and works with Finance on detailed tracking and management against the budget
•Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to stakeholders; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk across the managed portfolio of initiatives (including termination of a project if appropriate).
•Acts as a liaison and assists in managing vendor relationships.
•Delegates work and assignments to business and project team members based on expertise, work experience and time constraints.
