Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality / Process Excellence professional who can support delivery teams in strengthening process governance, quality frameworks, and audit readiness within an IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and governance of delivery processes and quality standards across projects
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality frameworks and ISO-related process compliance
  • Assist teams in maintaining required documentation, process artefacts, and governance checkpoints
  • Support preparation for internal and external audits
  • Track process adherence and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare monthly status reports, dashboards, and governance updates
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery leaders on quality and process-related initiatives

Required Background

  • 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance, process governance, delivery excellence within IT services
  • Exposure to ISO processes, compliance frameworks, or audit support
  • Experience working with IT delivery teams and project management environments
  • Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and governance tracking
