Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality / Process Excellence professional who can support delivery teams in strengthening process governance, quality frameworks, and audit readiness within an IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and governance of delivery processes and quality standards across projects
- Ensure adherence to internal quality frameworks and ISO-related process compliance
- Assist teams in maintaining required documentation, process artefacts, and governance checkpoints
- Support preparation for internal and external audits
- Track process adherence and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare monthly status reports, dashboards, and governance updates
- Work closely with project managers and delivery leaders on quality and process-related initiatives
Required Background
- 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance, process governance, delivery excellence within IT services
- Exposure to ISO processes, compliance frameworks, or audit support
- Experience working with IT delivery teams and project management environments
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and governance tracking
