Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Operations professional with 2–5 years of experience in Core HR Operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR data management, HR audits, and compliance documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential. Experience in HRMIS tools, especially Keka, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, HR induction, and system readiness.
    • Coordinate with IT/Admin/Finance teams for asset allocation, access creation, and employee setup.
    • Ensure completion of joining formalities and timely update of employee records.
    • Maintain onboarding tracker and ensure seamless joining experience.
2. Core HR Operations
    • Handle employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
    • Prepare HR letters and employee documents (offer, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).
    • Support exit management including resignation processing, clearance coordination, and final settlement support.
    • Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and HR operations.
3. HR Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate employee master data in HRMIS.
    • Ensure timely updates of employee records such as personal details, role changes, reporting changes, and employment status.
    • Generate HR reports and dashboards as required (headcount, attrition, onboarding, leave, attendance, etc.).
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
4. Audit & Compliance Support
    • Support internal and external HR audits by maintaining required documentation.
    • Ensure HR files and employee records are audit-ready and compliant.
    • Maintain trackers for compliance-related requirements and closures.
    • Assist in process improvements and documentation standardization.
5. HRMIS / System Management (Keka Advantage)
    • Manage employee data updates and transactions in HRMIS tools (preferably Keka).
    • Support HR system process improvements, data cleanup, and report generation.
    • Coordinate with HRMIS support team for system issues and enhancements.
6. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
    • Ensure timely and clear communication with employees and management.
    • Maintain strong follow-up for operational closures and documentation completion.

Required Skills & Competencies
    • Strong hands-on experience in Onboarding and HR Operations
    • Expertise in HR documentation and employee lifecycle management
    • Strong knowledge of HR data management and reporting
    • Experience in HR audits and compliance documentation
    • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
    • Strong communication (verbal and written) and coordination skills
    • High attention to detail and process orientation

Preferred Qualifications
    • MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant HR qualification
    • Experience working with HRMIS tools (Keka preferred), Work day , success factor
    • Prior experience in IT/Corporate HR operations is an added advantage
