Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project & Program Delivery (50%) – Core

  • Own end-to-end delivery across programs and projects
  • Drive planning, execution, and closure (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
  • Maintain “green” status across engagements
  • Lead governance, reviews, and customer status reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively
  • Ensure delivery aligns to business outcomes and high customer satisfaction

2. Delivery Operations (20%)

  • Drive proactive hiring and staffing with TA/HR
  • Own operational metrics, especially project margins
  • Manage invoicing, receivables, and financial discipline
  • Handle SOW extensions, contract management, and renewals
  • Optimize resource utilization

3. Scalable Delivery & Business Growth (30%)

  • Support and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solutioning
  • Work with business leaders and sales on deal closures
  • Build scalable delivery models
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
