Core Skills
Program & Project Delivery (Critical)
Proven experience managing large, outcome-based / fixed-price programs end-to-end
Strong in planning, governance, risk management, and execution
Experience in production support, QA, or T&M is acceptable only if complemented by strong fixed-price delivery ownership
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Strong engagement with US clients (flexible overlap required)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage expectations and drive high customer satisfaction
People Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
Operational & Financial Management
Ownership of margins, invoicing, receivables, and delivery health
Experience with contracts, SOWs, and renewals
Scalable Delivery & Business Alignment
Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and deal closures
Work closely with business units and sales
Strong Technical Background (Must-Have)
Solid understanding of technology and application landscapes
Ability to engage in technical discussions, challenge teams, and make informed decisions
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Delivery (50%) – Core
Own end-to-end delivery across programs and projects
Drive planning, execution, and closure (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
Maintain “green” status across engagements
Lead governance, reviews, and customer status reporting
Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively
Ensure delivery aligns to business outcomes and high customer satisfaction
2. Delivery Operations (20%)
Drive proactive hiring and staffing with TA/HR
Own operational metrics, especially project margins
Manage invoicing, receivables, and financial discipline
Handle SOW extensions, contract management, and renewals
Optimize resource utilization
3. Scalable Delivery & Business Growth (30%)
Support and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solutioning
Work with business leaders and sales on deal closures
Build scalable delivery models
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery
