Key Responsibilities
    • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce
    • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
    • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
    • Build responsive and high-performance UI components using LWC
    • Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Admins, and QA teams
    • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and estimation
    • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and Salesforce governance
    • Support deployments and CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado

Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
    • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Aura Components
    • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)
    • Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs
    • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
