Responsibilities:
    • Be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
    • Have to analyse data sets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
    • Be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimise business processes.
    • Be responsible for creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
    • Generate reports to communicate findings effectively.
    • Have to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
    • Be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications or user stories, and guiding the development of software or system solutions.
    • Be responsible for collaborating with QA teams to validate developed solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
    • Be responsible for monitoring implemented solutions, gathering feedback and recommending further enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
Requirements and Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in the field of business analysis.
    • Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical information clearly and create comprehensive documentation.
    • Understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organisational goals and strategies.
    • Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
    • Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software, and an understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
    • Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, creating functional specifications, and user stories.
    • Skill in managing relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders, including clients, users, developers, and management.
Ability to adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while remaining focused on delivering quality outcomes.
