RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage accounting-related data, including portfolio investment information and investor-specific data
  • Develop a deep understanding of investment accounting principles and associated data processes
  • Perform business analysis to document requirements and manage technology projects from inception through delivery
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for operational and accounting teams
  • Drive data stewardship efforts: ensure investment data is properly structured, develop data quality controls, and document and validate data lineage
  • Build reporting and dashboards within BI tools to support investor and firm-wide initiatives for the finance team
  • Assist in ongoing performance reporting initiatives
  • Implement new technology and vendor solutions in coordination with the finance and technology teams
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in a finance, operations, or data-focused role within investment management
  • Experience with technology implementations, including vendor onboarding and system integrations
  • Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
  • Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve workflows and drive operational innovation
  • Required proficiency in SQL, Python, Jira, and BI tools (e.g., Sigma Computing, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Experience with investment management platforms such as Allvue, Geneva, or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of investment management concepts and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
